4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the shipping location:

Other Cities: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

All paper bags, gift bags, and packaging boxes are carefully packed to prevent damage during transportation.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution such as replacement or support.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address
