1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped.
- Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
- To cancel an order, please contact our support team with your order details.
2. Returns
We accept returns only in the following situations:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product missing from the order
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- The refund process may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect.
4. Non-Returnable Items
